Cousins Eduardo and Rodrigo, the proud co-owners of Tapas Factory, share more than just family ties—they share a deep love for their Canary Islands roots and a passion for Spanish cuisine. Growing up together, they spent years bonding over their shared love for football, always cheering for their favorite teams—Madrid and Barcelona. But their shared dream wasn’t just about sports; it was about bringing the vibrant flavors of Spain to a new community.

Fifteen years ago, Eduardo and Rodrigo made the bold decision to move to England with a vision: to create an authentic Spanish tapas experience that would transport people straight to the heart of Spain. After years of hard work and dedication, that dream became a reality with the opening of Tapas Factory in the heart of Durham City.
